Urban Horticulture (Robert Boothroyd, ABN 90 662 914 289) only collects the details needed to quote and do your garden work. This page explains what that is and what happens to it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your suburb, and the services and lawn size you choose
- Photos of your yard and any message you send
- Basic, anonymous website usage if analytics is switched on
Why we collect it
To prepare your quote, contact you about it, book and do the work, and send invoices. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Rob. Quote requests are sent to him by email through Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Photos you upload are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 storage so Rob can quote from them. They aren't public, and the links Rob receives expire. Details may also be held by the accounting or email software used to run the business.
We will only show photos of your yard on this website or social media with your permission, and never with your address.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client, and afterwards for as long as tax and business records require. You can ask us to delete details or photos we no longer need.
Access and corrections
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or to correct them, at any time.
